For clients who have a site and a brief but don't yet have a designer: Sequoia will help you engage the right architect or draftsperson for your project, manage council submissions, navigate the full approval pathway, and ensure the design is buildable and priced before it reaches contract.
Many of the most expensive problems in residential construction are created in the design phase, scope gaps, unrealistic budgets, undocumented details, council conditions that weren't fully resolved. Pre-construction involvement from a builder with estimating and delivery experience closes those gaps before they reach site.
